Presentation

The scientific journal Artelogie is an initiative originated from of a group of researchers of the team imaginary and social functions of the arts and literatures of the EHESS in Paris. Its field covers the Latin Americas in their diversities. Thanks to the publication of thematic issues, it aims to follow the evolution of research on this vast cultural space. With a multidisciplinary vocation, the journal has the ambition to cover the widest variety of creations, both intellectual, artistic and cultural.

It is conceived as a space for dialogue for researchers as well as a source of information for an expanded public. In this perspective, it is open to all researchers addressing these fields and publishing in the three main languages of this area: Spanish, French and Portuguese.

A Reading Committee, functioning on the basis of anonymity, gives reasoned opinions to the Editorial Board on the scientific quality of contributions. It decides on the publication of the articles proposed by their authors on each of the themes proposed previously. Authors are solely responsible for the moral and intellectual content of their text.

Artelogie is an open access journal, which means that all of its content is freely available at no cost to the user or institution to which it belongs. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search for and make connections with the full articles of this journal without prior permission from the author or publisher. This is in line with the BOAI definition of Open Access.
