Les sacs à procès ou le travail des juges sous Louis XIII
Abstracts
How did the magistrates of the présidial courts render their judgements ? Despite a diversity accentuated by venality of officies, rules of the King’s Council, the Grand Conseil or the Parliaments organise the repartition of attributions in various court’s corporations. They explain how cases instruction belongs to the “lieutenant general”, when causes are attributed to a counsellor and how his report is to be discussed : a dayby-day presidial justice.
