La Revue de la BNU

Through an approach that is at once vocational, scientific and cultural, La revue de la BNU considers issues relating to the world of library economy and heritage conservation. It also ascribes real importance to iconography, with richly illustrated articles, and to the visual arts as one of the journal’s thematic strands. Each issue contains a themed dossier, two columns (“L’Objet” and “L’Inédit”) that showcase an artefact (not necessarily a book), the publication of a manuscript from the BNU collection, and lastly a “Portfolio” presenting the oeuvre of an artist. Created in 2010 and published by the Bibliothèque nationale et universitaire de Strasbourg, this biannual publication is joining OpenEdition with its three latest issues available in full open access.
