Created in 1999, Les Cahiers de la Mémoire Contemporaine are dedicated to the history and sociology of Jewish people in Belgium over the last two centuries. The topics covered are migratory movements, religious life, relations with Israel, the post-war reconstruction of Jewish life, etc. The texts are illustrated by numerous iconographic documents, photos of people, posters, press cuttings and archive extracts. Published by the Fondation de la Mémoire Contemporaine, this annual journal publishes in French, English and Dutch. It is joining OpenEdition with its three latest issues available in full open access.
