Revue du droit des religions

Created in 2016, Revue du droit des religions is dedicated to issues linked to the legal framing of religions and the individual manifestations of the religious in our contemporary societies. Drawing upon French public/private law and international legal systems, this biannual publication explores the relations between state law and religious phenomena in order to shed light on the challenges posed by secularisation. Published by Presses universitaires de Strasbourg, Revue du droit des religions is joining OpenEdition with its four latest issues available in full open access.
