Antiquités africaines

Created in 1966, Antiquités africaines publishes historical and archaeological studies on North Africa, from prehistory to the Arab conquest. Drawing on literary sources and archaeological testimony (mosaics, sculpture, numismatics, architecture, etc.), the journal explores the topics of civilisation, economics, social life and religious history. Its reading committee comprises researchers from various institutions working on the Maghreb. Issues from 1966 to 2015 are available on Persée. Published annually by CNRS Éditions, Antiquités africaines is joining OpenEdition with its four latest issues available in full open access.
