Founded in 2003 by the Institut Choiseul and published since 2012 by the Association Norden and the Bibliothèque de Caen, Nordiques is dedicated to the study of the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden) from a transdisciplinary perspective. This biannual journal tackles questions relating to current affairs, issues emanating from the current directions of research or, more broadly, subjects relevant to Nordic cultures. Each issue also offers a miscellaneous section and book reviews. The journal is mainly published in French, with some contributions in English. Nordiques is joining OpenEdition with its four latest issues available in full open access.
