La Bretagne linguistique has been published since 1985 by the Centre de recherche bretonne et celtique. This annually published journal brings together articles in Breton, many of them from the eponymous research seminar organised by the “Groupe de recherche sur l’économie linguistique de la Bretagne” (GRELB). Articles explore Breton’s linguistical situation with regard to other languages, whether they are Celtic or simply other regional languages. The journal considers other languages and minority dialects spoken elsewhere in the world, thereby elucidating the situation of the Breton language. La Bretagne linguistique is joining OpenEdition with its four latest issues available in full open access.
