Revue de la Société française Shakespeare
Created in 2025, Revue de la Société française Shakespeare is the successor to Actes du congrès de la Société française Shakespeare, which began publishing in 1980. The annual journal promotes studies of William Shakespeare and other sixteenth-century English writers and playwrights up to 1642. With a special emphasis on the theatrical arts (both the literature itself and the practice thereof), the journal is also open to other literary genres, as well as to intellectual and historical reflection in the context of the development of Shakespearean theater. Revue de la Société française Shakespeare is published by the Société française Shakespeare. It includes articles in both French and English and is joining OpenEdition Journals with open access to one issue.
