Texte intégral
1Problems of Philosophy of Law and Theory of Justice are now of some interest to certain intellectual circles in Iran. This book attempts to contribute to this type of discussion and, at the same time, to make a contribution to political philosophy in general. As a result, many views and theories are discussed and presented. Chapters are devoted to natural rights and human rights, problems of law and rights, relations between religion and politics, new approaches to the discussion of justice and declaration of human rights.
2This book deals with various problems and does not necessarily concentrate on one main aspect of the discussion concerned. The book is not based on a chronological or cultural approach. Therefore it is difficult to evaluate it on such a basis or to locate it within a certain theoretical framework. It simply tries to state that the development of natural rights has led to the development of human rights. The book mainly mentions and/or reflects the views of Western philosophers here and there.
