Publishing Agreement

Version française

1. This “publishing agreement” concerns the use of articles (right of reproduction and representation of the article) by the Activités electronic journal, published by ARPACT (Association Recherches et Pratiques sur les ACTivités).

2. This agreement becomes effective as soon as an article (comprised of a text, and where appropriate figure(s), photograph(s), tables and any additional material) is submitted via the soumission@activites.org e-mail address and has been accepted for publication.

3. For all countries and with no time limit, the authors will receive no remuneration for the use of the article.

4. Information relating to the identity of the co-authors (name(s), surname(s), occupation(s), e-mail and postal address(es)) will be communicated under the exclusive responsibility of the person who first signs the article as its author.

5. The latter guarantees the publisher against any act of infringement. In particular: co-authors who have not given their consent to the transfer of rights, third-party authors for whom the same article or part of an article has already been subject to a transfer of rights, directly or indirectly, to another publisher, without their consent. Furthermore and where necessary, the person signing first as author promises to take all precautions relating to image rights.

6. Authors retain the right:

—to authorize or refuse a third party’s request to perform a partial publication of the article in English or in any other language. Should the article be reproduced in its entirety by another journal (electronic or paper), in English or in another language, said third party must request written authorization from ARPACT.

—to reproduce and represent all or part of the article (on paper, personal web pages, pages of their institutions, …) for the purposes of promoting their work or teaching, subject to the explicit indication of the references of the Activités journal to contribute to its promotion.

7. French law will apply to all disputes that may arise during the implementation of this agreement, regardless of the nationality and professional residence of the authors.
