Appartenances & Altérités is a biannual journal created in 2021 and published by the Migration and Society research unit (URMIS). It is a continuation of the Cahiers de l'URMIS, dedicated to the study of migration and interethnic relations, but with the ambition of broadening its target audience, especially internationally, and refocusing its editorial line on more specific issues: attributions of otherness and claims of belonging in terms of race, ethnicity and nationality. The languages of publication are French and English.
