Call for papers

With the view to facilitate access to current research on food sciences, the Journal Anthropology of Food is creating a new collection: Research Notes.

The paper should be a short document presenting the current state of a research (completed or on-going) that has not been published yet. The research note will be published after being reviewed by the Editorial Committee. It may be submitted in French, English, Spanish or Portuguese. Delay for publication will be very short.

We invite researchers, PhD students as well as senior researchers, to share their work in our Research Note collection, conforming to the presentation norms as detailed in our Guidelines for Authors (https://journals.openedition.org/aof/6898) and the following format:

Length: 1500 – 2000 words / 3-4 pages (Word, simple line spacing).

It has to feature at least the 6 following aspects:

Subject presentation / problematics

State of the art / Theoretical corpus

Methodology

Bibliography (around 10 references)

An abstract both in French and English (max. 150 words) and 6 keywords.

Submissions have to be sent to Isabelle Bianquis:
