Varia: Call for papers
Anthropology of food is an open access bilingual academic journal in French, English, (even in Spanish and Portuguese, under conditions). It is a platform where food researchers can express and propose different but complementary views from sociological, anthropological, geographical, ethnological, historical, economical, philosophical... points of view.
Anthropology of food Editorial board invites all researchers as well as Phd students sharing a common interest in the social sciences of food to submit their papers, excerpts from thesis or book reviews, to be published in our on-going collection, Varia. Encouraging original and diverse approaches, the Varia collection is an opportunity to publish independant articles at any time.
As for our other issues, each article is read by two academic experts selected from relevant fields of research. These experts evaluate the quality of the submitted work before publication. Articles should be between 6000 and 8000 words, including notes and bibliography.
Before you submit your paper, make sure you take into account the recommendations included in the Guide for Authors available on the website. Only high quality papers will be considered.
