The Editorial Board is responsible for defining the general policy of the journal, along with the Chief Editor and in agreement with the Director of CEFAS: its members establish the program of the thematic issues.

The members of the Editorial board make a first evaluation, based on their discipline, of the free articles sent to the journal, and indicate two peer reviewers for each of them. They follow up the correspondence between authors and reviewers.

Finally, the members of the editorial board follow up the publications on the Arabian Peninsula and organize the books reviewing.

Issues Editors

Each thematic issue is coordinated by one or more editor(s). They outline the theme issue, evaluate the papers submitted to the journal, and supervise the correspondence between the authors and the reviewers. They work closely with the Editorial Secretary of the journal

The editorial board members help boost research on the Arabian Peninsula by strengthening research networks at an international level. Their task is to report on new publications, to evaluate articles submitted in English, French and Arabic, or to advise the editors on the appropriate scholars to contact. They will be given priority for the submission of thematic issues and will be requested to inform the editors on the scholars and PhD students who could be contacted for book reviews.
