Procedures for submission and editorial norms
The thematic issues are subject to specific calls
The free articles cannot exceed the number of 6 for each issue. They have to be submitted to the Editorial Secretary, Sylvaine Giraud (edition@cefas.com.ye).
Each article, which can be written either in French, in English or in Arabic, will be submitted to the most appropriate editor of the journal, who will evaluate the general presentation of the article and its scientific nature, and will check that it meets the editorial norms of the journal. In case of favorable opinion, he will then submit anonymously the article to two referees of the Editorial Board, who will give recommendations for modifications or corrections for the publication. The editors will decide whether the article may be published.
The proposed articles should not be much longer than 9,000 words (footnotes included). Authors are required to follow the editorial norms of the journal available below or from the Editorial Secretary, with special respect to the transliterations, the presentation of the bibliography, the notes system, and the format of graphic materials.
Finally, authors whose articles have been accepted for publication should print and sign the agreement of assignment of rights herewith attached, then send it by email to the CNRS – Service du Partenariat et de la Valorisation: helene.leniston@cnrs-dir.fr with a copy to CEFREPA: edition@cefas.com.ye.
