Procedure for the evaluation of articles
Each article received is subject to a first reading, then submitted to the expertise of at least two experts. At least one expert has been automatically appointed from outside the journal. If both experts issue a negative opinion, the article is refused. In the event of a conflicting evaluation, a third expert is appointed. The results of these expert evaluations are recorded in a summary report given to the author, who makes any necessary corrections or additions. These corrections are examined by the journal, which can request new modifications. All contact between the experts and the authors is carried out by the drafting secretariat or persons responsible for a dossier of articles. There is no direct contact between the experts and authors (who ignore who has evaluated their article).
