New composition of the boards

The composition of the boards was modified in order to add new members, reflect the changing editorial policy and offer more responsibilities and more precise objectives to the persons in charge of the Journal. The new Editorial Board is composed of 11 scholars from Europe and North America. From now on, the Journal includes three Editors, one Book Reviews Editor in charge of collaborating with publishing companies and potential authors, one Briefings Editor in charge of developing topical texts, and several members in the Editorial Advisory Board.
