Presentation
The Bulletin de l’Association des historiens modernistes des universités françaises is an annual journal dedicated to current research in modern history (16th, 17th and 18th centuries). It welcomes any scientific contribution written in French in the context of either a thematic dossier or a Varia section. All fields of study (political, social, cultural, environmental history, etc.) and all areas (European and non-European) are covered, and the editorial board takes particular care to ensure that the contributions are representative of the different schools of thought and historiographical developments. The authors come from French-speaking universities or research centers (post-doctoral students, professors, research directors, etc.). Finally, the audience of the Bulletin de l’Association des historiens modernistes des universités françaises is mainly composed of students (master, doctorate) and teachers-researchers in modern history.
