About the journal

The Courrier Blaise Pascal is produced by the "Centre international Blaise Pascal" (CIBP), which is one of the research teams of the IHRIM (CNRS UMR 5317). The mission of the "Centre international Blaise Pascal" is to increase the knowledge and influence of Blaise Pascal through any kind of research related to his work and life, without restriction of disciplinary field, and also considering the reception of Blaise Pascal's work from the 17th to the 21st century.

The Courrier Blaise Pascal takes over from the Courrier du Centre international Blaise Pascal, published since 1979. Like the latter, it offers articles from different disciplines, as it considers Blaise Pascal's philosophical, mathematical, physical and religious writings and theories. As it is interested in the reception of the work, it may publish works on literature or cinema. It is also intended to keep the scholarly community informed of works and major events related to the study of Blaise Pascal. No geographical restrictions apply.
