1848 en Vaucluse ou l'impossible République bourgeoise
Abstracts
This item suggests a new look about 1848 in department of the Vaucluse. The advent of Second Republic shows a major politic change in this department which was really royalist but appears as a bastion of the opposition to Louis-Napoleon in december 1848. If Philippe Vigier and Jonathan Skinner have written the story of this complete change, it remains to determine this movement. There is a clandestine republic which take over from dead monarchy. It's nevertherless the case that the republican order is disputed by these who forestall the decisions they expect of the government. A studie on a council scale allows to define new ways of research about the Second Republic in Vaucluse.
