Communication, technologies et développement is an online cross-disciplinary international scientific periodical oriented to issues related to the circulation of ideas, the sharing of knowledges, the expression of collective and individual identities. The periodical will be a space borders on researches made in France speaking territories and those made in other linguistic areas. The emerging territories are the most privileged ones (South America, Asia, Africa, Europe) and would be characterized by the lack of being brought to light. A particular attention will be given to high tech innovations related to social and economical development.
