Presentation
Décadrages is a semestrial magazine dedicated to cinema and audiovisual studies, addressed to an academic or simply filmgoing audience. Each issue includes a main topic on a specific subject (i.e. a concept, a film, or a filmmaker) determined by the editorial board, and a rubric devoted to cinema in Switzerland. The main topic is directed by a member of the editorial staff who sollicitates local and international collaborators regarding their competences, without preconceived analysis or conceptual determinations. This openness allows a plurality of approaches and a confrontation of ideas, in other words an interaction which leads to a shared reflection echoed by the editorial.
