Présentation

EchoGéo is a journal of geography, understood as the study of relationships with space, whether physical, social or political. It is freely accessible*.

EchoGéo encourages articles based on the scientific analysis of field materials and empirical corpuses leading to more in-depth theoretical and methodological studies. The journal requires original texts, preferably accompanied by relevant and diverse iconography (maps, photographs, diagrams, film extracts - in compliance with the law). After validation by the Editorial Board, the texts are subjected to a double-blind evaluation based on criteria relating to their scientific and editorial quality.

Each quarterly issue is structured around a special report, which may be thematic (In the Field) or not (Varia), and several other sections (On Image, On the Job, On Writing).
The Sur le vif section, which features ongoing articles on topical subjects, can be accessed on the left-hand banner, under the heading "Au fil de l'actualité".

*EchoGéo publishes articles in French and/or English, and sometimes in Spanish, free of charge under the terms of the Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 4.0 International) licence, respecting the rights of authors.
