Politique publique décentralisée : quel rôle pour la proximité ? Le cas de l’ouverture des licences professionnelles
Abstracts
Public policies concerning the supply of tertiary professional education require coordination between several economic agents: the State, companies, education organisations and local authorities. This paper examines the different possible modes of coordination, using data on professional licenses. The type of coordination implented depends on who is the dominant agent within the group of institutions involves in the provision of each particular degree.
