Issue number 13 of GLAD! follows up on the classical topics of our journal with contributions on the feminisation of names and the deconstruction of stereotypes, but it also opens up new paths with articles on trans and feminist voices in music and chronic pain as a feminist issue, and the translation of an article on anti-trans discourse in medicine. Several contributions come up with original or very recent methodological approaches, such as auto-ethnography or the experimental studying of the priming effect on the feminization of role nouns. Equally original is the contribution on virilistic discourses in architectural research in our Explorations section. We are also happy to announce that GLAD! introduces with this issue number 13 a new section called Traductologics in order to create a forum for topics discussing translation in language, gender and sexualities. In addition to Daniel Elmiger’s column, Eléonore de Beaumont publishes the first text in her new column on Compared genders. With seven book reviews, this Varia issue provides a large panorama of critical readings of recent gender studies publications.
