Instructions to authors
Editorial policy
Code of Ethics:
1. Contributions will be submitted to a scientific committee and subject to double-blind peer review, and must comply with typographical standards: Normes de presentation.
2. Papers submitted must be original research, not previously published in any other journal or medium; they must not have been published in another language or submitted simultaneously to another journal or medium. The journal uses a plagiarism detection system.
3. If the article has received funding, this should be indicated in the text.
4. If authors intend to reproduce their article in other publications or for any other purpose and by any means, they must obtain written permission from the editorial board.
5. The author enjoys property rights on her or his paper, as it is ruled by the Code of Intellectual Property: « The author of an intellectual work shall be accorded, by the sole fact of its creation, an exclusive intellectual copyright opposable to all. This right includes attributes of an intellectual and moral nature as well as attributes of a property-related nature.
6. Authors are free to file their article in any institutional or other archiving system.
7. The publication in Iberic@l does not involve any cost for the authors.
Submission procedure
Articles submitted must be original research, not previously published in another journal or medium; they must not have been published in another language or presented in another journal or medium.
For monographic dossiers, the dossier editor shall propose the contributors. A call for contributions is also published on the Iberic@l web page, for external contributions. The editor of the issue accepts or refuses these proposals for external contributions.
All papers are then subject to double-blind peer review by two peers proposed by the issue editor.
The editorial board verifies the neutrality and competence of the evaluators and has the right to refuse an article that does not meet the scientific requirements of the journal: high scientific quality, high editorial and linguistic quality, bibliographic richness, use of an egalitarian and non-discriminatory language.
With regard to the papers, ‘the Varia, the documents and the reviews’, the editorial board evaluates the proposals to validate or reject them and appoints evaluators for the accepted proposals.

The papers submitted for the sections Varia, Documents, Reviews or Call for papers are subject to double anonymized review, meaning reviewers are unable to establish the author of a manuscript and vice versa.
