Procedures of Article Submission and Selection

Submission of articles

Authors submit their articles exclusively electronically to the journal's contact address (multiling.bejaia@gmail.com) and receive, in return, an acknowledgment of receipt from the journal’s editor. The journal is on the platform of ASJP (Algerian scientific journal platform): <http://www.asjp.cerist.dz/> - classified in the field "arts and humanities", on page 4: <http: // www .asjp.cerist.dz / en / 3_Arts andHumanities_1>. Access to the journal via the platform allows you to submit an article, download the drafting protocol, consult the journal archives and follow all the steps of the evaluation of the submitted article. At this stage, if it is the first access to the site, simply click on "access to the journal" for registration on the platform. The review team take in charge the registration of the contributor who will be contacted via the ASJP website to finalize it. To be evaluated, the articles must imperatively: - respect the journal’s protocol of writing which is repeated in each call for contribution and which can be found on the site <http://www.univ-bejaia.dz/multilinguales>; - to adopt a scientific approach (in relation to the methods and tools of the disciplines involved) by avoiding the compilation of theoretical readings; - not to convey any ideological and / or political content; - deal with original scientific results - be accompanied by a restricted biographical sketch, including the name and identification of the affiliation.

Evaluation

The articles are subject to a double blind expertise by members of the scientific and reading committee in the specialist areas covered by the journal. They each provide a detailed expertise sheet with, in conclusion, an opinion on the publication: either "authorized publication" (A) or "Publication accepted provided that the required corrections are made" (B), or finally "publication not recommended "(C) (card published on the site). If both opinions are favorable to publication (A), the editor makes a summary of it and sends it to the author. If both opinions express reservations (B), the sheets, anonymized, are sent to the author by the same way. After correction, the article is again submitted to the same experts (as far as possible). If the two opinions are unfavorable (C), the sheets, anonymized, are sent to the author by the same way. If the two opinions are contradictory, a third opinion is required from one of the members of the Scientific and Reading Committee; the majority opinion determining the procedure for communicating the results to the author.

Deontology

The author must reserve his article to the journal until receipt of the expertise results. In the case it is unfavourable, the author is released from any contract with the journal unless he decides to improve his article and submit it again for possible publication.

The author can no longer freely dispose of his article, if it has been analyzed and corrected by the experts who formulated, in detail, the recommendations for its improvement (case B).

The author can no longer freely dispose of his article if the latter, selected for publication, has benefited from the intervention of the editing committee for its formatting and compliance.

The author can not propose an article that has already been published, except in its reworked form. In this case, it is necessary to specify by a note at the bottom of the first page, the references of the previous publication and the reasons for the new version.

The author can not publish articles in successive issues of the journal. He can do it from the third delivery after the one containing his article.

The author plagiarizing about 20% and more of the content of his article will be notified plagiarized sources and prohibited publication on reasoned opinion. At less than 20%, the reformulation of the targeted passages is a sine qua non for a new expertise of his article. The plagiarism we are discussing here does not imply quotations in quotation marks that are necessarily referenced.

The author remains the sole responsible for the content of his article even after its publication in the journal.

The author must validate, in the last instance, the version of the article to be published.

The author must also, before publication, sign a contract that specifies the management of its copyright.
