Archiving Policy and Publishing Agreement
Archiving Policy
Pursuant to article L. 533-4 of the Research Code, arising from article 30 of the Digital Republic Act of 7 October 2016, and concerning the non-exclusive transfer of copyright, authors are allowed to deposit the final version of their manuscript as accepted for publication in an open electronic repository, under the Creative Commons licence of their choice, immediately, providing the provisions of the said article are complied with.
In agreement with OpenEdition Journals, we authorize the posting of the publisher’s PDF version, exclusively in an open archive and under the international licence CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0, as soon as it appears in Revue de la régulation, on the proviso that the agreement of any co-authors has been secured.
To enhance the value of your research work outside of open archives, especially through social networks, academic social networks (e.g. Academia.edu), personal and/or institutional websites, we recommend you cross-reference your open-archive publication via a hyperlink.
Publishing Agreement
Any author of a contribution published in Revue de la régulation makes a contractual commitment to transfer rights non-exclusively and free-of-charge.
The agreement can be viewed in the appendix. It is based on modèle A1 – Contrat de cession de droits d’auteur sur une contribution dans un périodique, posted on-line on 20 July 2020 on the Ouvrir la science website, bringing together the Médici network of public scientific publishing, the “Open Scientific Publication” Group of the Committee for Open Science (CoSO) and the Association of Research and Higher Education Publishers (Aedres).
