On 13 April 2023, the CEDIN and the CDPC of the University of Paris Nanterre and the IRJS of the University of Paris 1 organised an international study day on universal jurisdiction and international crimes at the IEA in Paris. After an introduction to the history (R. Oulion) and the grounds (K. Mariat) of universal jurisdiction, several countries were studied, beyond the French system (A. Aumaitre, J.-P. Sueur): Belgium (D. Scalia), Spain (M. Bardet), Greece (V. Giannoulis), Germany (X. Pin), Italy (E. Fronza), Switzerland (V. Rambolamanana) and Finland (I. Grebenyuk).
Le 13 avril 2023, le CEDIN et le CDPC de l'Université Paris Nanterre ainsi que l'IRJS de l'Université Paris 1 ont organisé, au sein de l'IEA de Paris, une journée d'étude internationale consacrée à la compétence universelle et aux crimes internationaux. Après une ouverture concernant l'histoire (R. Oulion) et les fondements (K. Mariat) de la compétence universelle, plusieurs pays ont été étudiés, au-delà du système français (A. Aumaitre, J.-P. Sueur) : Belgique (D. Scalia), Espagne (M. Bardet), Grèce (V. Giannoulis), Allemagne (X. Pin), Italie (E. Fronza), Suisse (V. Rambolamanana) et Finlande (I. Grebenyuk).
