Fermentation: The Issues of Representation and Visibility in Digital and Territorial Spaces
Abstracts
This poster presents preliminary observations from the initial phase of an ongoing doctoral study on the mediation of fermentation. This study maps diverse discourses on fermentation on Instagram through thematic content analysis of 120 captions to inform further exploration of how communication tools and participatory approaches influence representation and visibility.
