Scientific committee

Definition of the scientific committee

The scientific committee is made up of researchers in social science (sociology, anthropology, political science, educational sciences, social history, etc.) open to intellectual debates and to the diversity of approaches to social phenomena. It brings together researchers wishing to contribute to the production of critical thinking on social reality from a perspective of emancipation and social transformation. In practice, the scientific committee is asked by the editorial board of SAS journal to give its opinion on the (anonymous) proposals for thematic files, original articles, reports, testimonies and experiments. It ensures the scientific quality of the proposals presented. The scientific committee meets twice a year to define the scientific policy and orientations of SAS journal.
