Scolia is an international linguistic journal.

It was founded by George Kleiber in 1994 and is published by Strasbourg University Press. It is a double peer-reviewed, indexed journal devoted to the various fields of linguistics (semantics, syntax, morphology, pragmatics, phonology, didactics, cognition…) and publishes one issue a year. It has an Advisory Board and an Editorial Board. Scolia supports innovative, top quality research and aims to go beyond theoretical divides by welcoming cutting-edge research offering a great variety of methodologies. Papers can be written in French or in English and each issue can focus on a specific theme. Scolia hopes to be an international forum on documentation, criticism and learning for academics, teachers and students. It favours a cumulative approach to linguistics, where the evolution of current theories is accompanied by an empirical knowledge of the functioning of language. Scolia favours intellectual exchanges and hosts reviews of recent publications.
