How to submit

Transatlantica publishes contributions within the whole scope of American studies (United States). The journal publishes various types of contributions—scholarly articles, interviews, tributes, book reviews, reviews of exhibitions and scholarly events.

Thematic dossier proposals and open-topic article submissions should be sent to either Guillaume Marche (history, politics, and society) or to Cécile Roudeau (literature, arts, and culture).

How to submit a thematic dossier.

For other contributions, please go to the “Sections” page.

There is no strict limit for the length of article submissions, but we advise not to exceed 60 000 signs (including spaces). For specific guidelines please refer to the stylesheet.

The journal will only consider unpublished manuscripts that are not submitted elsewhere.
