A Double blind peer review assessments
Articles are sent to the Journal Secretariat. A first reading is carried out by two members of the Scientific Committee who ensure that the texts correspond to the formal requirements of the journal and who propose the names of reviewers according to their specialities. The articles are then reviewed anonymously by at least two external reviewers. A scorecard is provided to the reviewers by the journal. A third referee is consulted in the event of a clear disagreement between the first two reviewers. Authors are informed by the Editorial Secretariat according to three possible responses: accept with minimal modifications; accept with substantial modifications; refuse. Authors are informed within a maximum of two months.
